Every reasonable precaution has been taken in the making of our furniture to ensure quality and longevity. However, as a natural material, it is liable to movement, including warping, especially if exposed to extremes of heat. We recommend keeping your furniture away from woodburners, radiators, high humidity etc.
Each item of furniture is unique and the infinite varieties within wood may mean that your furniture differs in grain and colour from the advertised pieces. It will adhere to the style advertised with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 5mm.
Furniture should arrive to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that it has a fault or breakage, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible and replace your items if necessary.
Your items of furniture should last for many years to come. House of Hobson accepts no responsibility for accidental damage to your piece once in your possession.
House of Hobson accepts no responsibility for any damage or accident caused by inadequate fixings into walls used for wall-hung furniture.
Our aim is to deliver items to you within a 6-8 week time frame. However, we reserve the right to extend this period depending on order quantities, order backlogs, material availability or any other unforeseen circumstances.
House of Hobson does not accept returns except in the case of faulty goods or postal damage.
Shipping is to mainland UK only. You will receive an email to let you know when your item has been shipped.
Payment in full must be made when ordering.
